I began specializing in Las Vegas and Henderson Real Estate over eighteen years ago when the market was considered to be “predictable”. Then the market peaked, nose dive, straight lined, upward climbed and went onto a few roller coaster rides from everything REOs (bank-owned, foreclosure homes) to Short Sale Initiatives as the new norm in real estate. The market has since picked up and we have been on a gradual incline for the past many years; bringing back traditional real estate once again with foreclosure and short sales being far and few between.

I’ve spent my life immersed in various cultures and because of that I can relate to my clients, whoever they may be, and I can help them turn their real estate dreams into reality. Born in Malaysia and now residing in Las Vegas, I’ve had many homes in between – Australia, Switzerland, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Hong Kong – and each has left its mark on me. I speak Malay, Indonesian, Cantonese, Mandarin and Hakka in addition to English
Since relocating to Las Vegas in 1998, I have started a non-profit support group for young Asian mothers and an import business which was later sold in 2002 when I got into real estate.
I don’t believe in the “one size fits all” approach, whether I work with Buyers or Sellers, expect to discuss in depth your goal, your desire, and financials; it is the only way you can get the most value out of my services and representation. And in turn I can do my best work for you.
When I meet with Sellers, I conduct a comprehensive analysis to effectively put together a listing strategy that’s been tested and proven to get homes sold at the highest price and shortest time frame.
